Cancelling Your Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@Wovyn.com. We are only able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you're welcome to request a return once the item arrives, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Response Time
Our support team will confirm whether your cancellation request was successful within 1-2 business days.
