Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email Support@Wovyn.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, let us know in your return request and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
